At Eclevar, we believe that the well-being of employees at work also depends on the flexibility and autonomy to organize their work rhythm according to their tasks and objectives. This trust is a reflection of our policy of democratizing remote work among all our teams.

We have also moved our offices to La Défense, in the Tour Europlaza, and provide our teams with warm, welcoming workspaces where they can come to work whenever they feel like it.

What is HappyIndex®AtWork?

It is a reference system developed by Choose my Company that explores and values the motivation and commitment of a company’s employees.
A questionnaire is sent to employees to collect their opinion, they answer it in an entirely anonymous way and in the respect of the GDPR. Several angles are addressed in the questionnaire, such as personal development, salary, recognition or management.
