Your Mission
The Role in Japan
You will be the driving force behind Eclevar's marketing strategy in Japan. Working closely with our global team in Paris, you will localize our messaging, manage our digital channels, and create compelling campaigns to generate qualified leads among Japanese medical device manufacturers.
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and grow the Eclevar Japan LinkedIn presence with targeted content.
- Execute B2B digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor digital KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
Webinars & Events
- Plan, promote, and execute Japanese-language webinars with our experts.
- Coordinate Eclevar's presence at major local MedTech conferences and trade shows.
- Manage post-event follow-ups to nurture acquired leads.
Content & Localization
- Translate and adapt global marketing materials (white papers, case studies) for the Japanese market.
- Maintain and update the Japanese section of the corporate website.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with local business culture and regulatory nuances.
Sales Enablement
- Develop localized pitch decks and sales collateral for the business development team.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the Japanese MedTech landscape.
- Collaborate with global marketing to ensure brand consistency.
Profile
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing.
- Native-level Japanese and professional fluency in English (mandatory for global alignment).
- Proven track record in managing corporate LinkedIn accounts and webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Experience with CMS (WordPress) and CRM/Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong copywriting and content adaptation skills.
Strong Assets
- Prior marketing experience within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Medical Device industry.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
- Existing understanding of clinical research or regulatory affairs terminology.
